The Bedford Stuyvesant Real Estate Board Inc. strives to project a progressive outlook towards housing and the economic advancement for minorities. It is committed to securing equal opportunity in housing for all and to provide guidance and encouragement to young people who enter the real estate profession.

To unite people engaged in the real estate profession in an association to foster and protect the standards of the real estate businesses. To preserve the status, honor and dignity and safeguard the interest of the Bedford Stuyvesant Real Estate Board Inc.and it's members while promoting the general efficiency and professional standards of the real estate business.

Who are we?

Established in 1937, the Bedford Stuyvesant Real Estate Board Inc. is a non-profit organization.

Our membership profile consists of individuals and corporations who are engaged in every aspect of the real estate profession such as housing development, property management, finance and policy. We are New York State licensed real estate brokers and sales associates, attorneys, architects, appraisers, bankers, developers, engineers, exterminators, general contractors, mortgage brokers, property managers, interior decorators and insurance brokers.

Bedford Stuyvesant Real Estate Board Inc. (BSREB) is an active member of The National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (NAREB) the oldest and largest trade association in America.

The Bedford Stuyvesant Real Estate Board Inc. endeavors to enhance the quality of life for the Brooklyn community by performing outreach through educational forums, legislative lobbying and partnerships with private and public sector entities to ensure democracy in housing and economic development.
