National Representation

B.S.R.E.B. is an active member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (NAREB) the oldest and largest trade association in the country.

NAREB was founded in 1947, on a philosophy that it's a beacon of excellence, forever guiding and preparing its membership to meet the challenges of each new tomorrow.

Why we need each other

The Bedford Stuyvesant Real Estate Board was formed out of sheer necessity. In 1937 a small group of Black businessmen decided it was imperative that they form an organization to serve the interest of Black Brokers, their clients and their community. B.S.R.E.B. has served as a role model for other Black business organizations and real estate boards.

Above all B.S.R.E.B. strives to project a progressive outlook towards housing and the economic advancement of Black people.
